give inputs from 0 to 15 in 16:1 & in another 16:1 give from 16 to 31 o/p of 1st 16:1 is given to one of the inputs of 2:1 mux (say 1st input) & the other is given to another input of 2:1 (say 2nd i/p)based on the selection of 2:1 o/p will be taken
2:1 mux can be taken for selection.The 2 16:1 mux can be given at the inputs of the 2:1 mux.
the 2 16:1 mux output is given to the 2 inputs of the 2:1 mux respectively and the output is taken from the 2:1 mux.
the outputs of the two 16:1 MUXs are given as inputs to the 2:1 MUX and the o/p is taken frm the 2: 1 MUX
